Mr.Hariom Agarwal is the Founder of Friends Industries Pvt. Ltd.(FIPL). FIPL was established in 1977 overcoming many obstacles came in the way. 

Mr.Agarwal is a technically expert person and has vast experience of Automobile industry and under his able aegis, the Company is well developed.
 Management
Mr.Mayur Agarwal& Mr.Navin Agarwal are now on the Board of Directors of the Company and they look after the Company's all business activities as per the guidelines set by Mr.Hariom Agarwal.

FIPL has made a journey of 2 ½ Decades in the Automobile Industry and this field is a realm of FIPL through which it is catering with ability the needs of Auto giant " Tata Motors Ltd. " in pressed fabricated sheet metal as well forged machined components with an excellent quality rating i.e. <200ppm level.

FIPL is I.S.O 9001:2000 Certified Company. It is a SSI Unit and also it is on the Approved list of Directorate General of Quality Assurance (Vehicles) of Defence Ministry. FIPL has been supplying regularly many items required by them..
